Stick to the Basic Rules of Investing

Bring it down to the basics. Most of this is about saying if it's shorter-term money, money you're gonna need to access, making sure your money is working hard for you in the meantime and not sitting in something that's not earning a good yield for you. If it's longer term, doing a gut check to make sure that you can stomach those drops but knowing that you're not gonna be able to touch the money and you're gonna see through those market cycles because on average, markets do go up by, you know, a pretty steady amount if you look at it over time. Maybe not every year but through time, that would be what markets have always shown us.
