Your culture matters more than ever. What do you value? Are you seeking productivity? Are you looking for less workers? Are you looking to have growth? Like those are choices that each of us make around our values of our organizations. But wellbeing is what creates the sustainability for you to make those choices work. And I don't think wellbeing is like a side thing anymore. It's absolutely like core to what we do. So are your people having access to the training that they need or want? Are they having promotional opportunities? Are you communicating with transparency around why the fear exists and why maybe it shouldn't exist? Or how are you bridging those? And the middle manager is the 100% center of that where the stress is the most. And I think that's where I know we need to focus more, because that's who people work for, right?
