Are Human 'Attributes' AI-Proof?

I had recently spoken to the woman who had founded Girls Who Code and asked her what major she thought that people should go into now, and she said, "Liberal Arts." And this is the woman who founded Girls Who Code. And so then we got into this notion of are attributes even more important now in the world of AI than skills? And I'm curious your perspective.

We are finding that they are. And what we've been telling people and what we've really discovered is that as we enter into this new evolution where, and revolution where skills are becoming less, well becoming more usurped more often by AI, attributes become the MVP for human beings. It's our massive value proposition. The qualities that allow us to operate an environment becomes our massive value proposition. And understanding the way we can actually manage the AI.

Wendy: Yeah.

becomes more important than actually the skilled thing, because we're, and adaptability is only one of them, right?

Wendy: Right.

But it absolutely is, it's the MVP for human beings.

Wendy: Yeah.

'Cause as of now, AI doesn't have attributes.
